A complaint may be submitted in any form that allows its content to be established. Using the form below is optional. The absence of a receipt does not, in itself, remove your rights if the purchase can be demonstrated in another way.<\/p>

Consumer complaint<\/h2>
  1. Send the complaint to sklep@geoscanners.pl<\/a> or to the Seller's address. Describe the Product, the purchase date, the lack of conformity identified and the remedy requested, and provide your contact details.<\/li>
  2. The Consumer may initially request repair or replacement. A price reduction or withdrawal from the contract is possible in the cases specified by law, including where repair or replacement is impossible, excessively costly or has not been carried out within a reasonable time, or where the lack of conformity is serious enough to justify an immediate price reduction or withdrawal.<\/li>
  3. The Seller collects the goods that are the subject of the complaint at its own expense. The method of handing over the equipment must be agreed before dispatch, especially for large or fragile devices.<\/li>
  4. The Consumer will receive a response to the complaint within 14 days, on paper or another durable medium.<\/li><\/ol>

    Warranty<\/h2>

    If the Product is covered by a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty, its terms are set out in the warranty document.
