Delivery
- Delivery within Poland is free. International shipping is quoted individually.
- Request an international shipping quote.
- The available delivery method, its cost and the estimated delivery time are displayed before the order is placed. Checkout currently offers free shipping to supported addresses in Poland.
- The standard delivery time consists of up to 3 working days for order preparation, followed by transit within the carrier's stated timeframe, usually around 2 working days from dispatch. If the Product page or order confirmation specifies a different timeframe, that information takes precedence.
- For equipment that requires an agreed configuration or is marked as available on request, the delivery time is agreed individually before the contract is concluded.
Payments
- The available payment methods are always displayed at the final step of checkout. The Store currently offers payment by standard bank transfer.
- For standard bank transfers, bank account details and payment instructions are provided when the order is placed or in the order confirmation. Processing begins after payment has been credited to the account.
- If an electronic payment option is enabled at checkout, the provider and terms will be shown before the order is placed. The Store does not add charges that have not been disclosed to the Customer.
