1. Data controller

2. Purposes, legal bases and retention periods

3. Data recipients
Data may be shared with hosting and email providers (cyber_Folks S.A.), providers of store and form software, accounting service providers, banks and payment providers, carriers and logistics intermediaries, IT support providers and law firms, and, after obtaining the required consent, with Google Ireland Limited for analytics and advertising purposes. By using a WhatsApp link, the user initiates contact through WhatsApp; Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives data under the terms described in its privacy policy.
4. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers, particularly Google and Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR apply, in particular an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Details are available in the respective provider's policies.
5. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis for processing, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing, request data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Requests may be sent to sklep@geoscanners.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Voluntary provision of data and automated decisions
Providing personal data is voluntary, but data marked as required is necessary to enter into or perform a contract, or to respond to an enquiry. The Controller does not make decisions concerning the Customer that produce legal effects based solely on automated processing.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies provide security, save privacy choices, maintain the session and cart, and enable order processing. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after consent. Consent may be refused, withdrawn or changed using the "Cookie settings" button in the footer; withdrawing consent does not affect its prior validity. The specific identifiers used and their lifetimes depend on the currently active integrations and settings shown in the consent panel.
8. Data source
Data is obtained directly from the user, from their device and browser when using the Store and, where payment or delivery is involved, from the relevant payment provider or carrier.
