Returns and withdrawal from the contract

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to Consumers and sole traders entitled to consumer protection.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

1. The period is 14 days from the date on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If multiple goods are delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last item.
2. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send an unambiguous withdrawal notice to the following email address before the period expires sklep@geoscanners.pl or to the Seller's address. You may use the form below, but this is not mandatory.
3. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal, to: TMT Projekt sp. z o.o., ul. Mazowiecka 11/49, 00-052 Warszawa, Poland. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods back before it expires.
4. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. For equipment that cannot normally be returned by post due to its nature, the cost depends on its dimensions, weight and the chosen carrier. Before dispatch, the Customer may ask the Seller for help estimating the cost.
5. The Seller refunds payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or proof that they have been sent back. The refund is made using the same payment method unless the Customer agrees to another method that incurs no costs.
6. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The exceptions are set out in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act. Those potentially relevant to the Store's products include contracts for non-prefabricated goods made to the Customer's specifications, sealed software once the packaging has been opened, and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that all statutory conditions for starting performance before the withdrawal period expires have been met. Having company details on the invoice does not, in itself, deprive a natural person of protection if the purchase is not of a professional nature for that person.
